Refund policy
Returns: We offer a 10-day cash back refund for items purchased in-store, provided they are in new and unused condition with tags attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Exchanges: For in-store purchases, we accept exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date or offer in-store credit. Items must be in new and unused condition with tags on, accompanied by the original receipt.
Online Purchases: For online purchases, our refund policy also allows for a 10-day cash back refund for new and unused items with tags on. Additionally, we offer a 30-day window for exchanges or in-store credit. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at 403-977-0590 or info@bumbleboo.ca. Ensure that your item is securely packaged and includes the original receipt.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. This includes gear and custom orders
