Shipping Information & Policies
Terms and Conditions:
Online orders will be processed within 2-5 business days, and shipped promptly after. Please note if an order is placed on a holiday, we will receive the order on the following business day.
** MAXI COSI orders get fulfilled from their warehouse and will take approx. 10 days to ship. These items will ship directly from warehouse to customers home address unless otherwise notified.
Shipping Policies
We currently ship within Canada with applicable shipping fees. Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping across Western Canada (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia) is free on orders over $175.00 on eligible items. Shipping prices for Eastern Canada are free over $200.00 on eligible items.

We do not deliver locally- IF located in Medicine Hat please select In-Store Pick up at checkout, and not the shipping option. If the shipping option is selected, we will contact you and let you know when your order is ready for pick up.
FREE Shipping Eligibility
Free Shipping is ONLY available on certain items listed online. Free Shipping is not eligible on any large or heavy items including but not limited to:
- Strollers
- Car Seats/ Bases
- Large Wooden Play Sets
- Diaper Pails
- 4Moms Mamaroo
- Bassinets
*These items will be In Store pick up only.
If you are unsure if what you are purchasing is available for free shipping please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions.
In Store Pickup
This option is available to all customers who can pick up their orders in Medicine Hat. We kindly ask that customers wait until they receive a pick up notification before coming in store, to ensure their order has been processed and packaged.
Please note that if we receive an order for local pickup with an address outside of Southern Alberta we will automatically reach out and cancel the order. If your address is outside of Southern Alberta we ask that a note in the order be left indicating if you or a family/friend will be picking up the order. This will allow us to know that you have chosen the correct option.
Orders not picked up after 3 weeks, or after 3 attempts of us contacting you may subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Bumbleboo Inc. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the delivery cost.
We currently only ship within Canada at this time.
Product Availability and Pricing
At Bumbleboo Inc. our intentions are always to provide accurate product availability as well as pricing. In case of accidental error, we do reserve the right to make changes to descriptions, prices or inventory without notice.
If an order is received and, for any reason, we no longer have the item ordered in stock we will notify you as soon as possible so that alternate arrangements can be made.
In Store Credit/Exchange Policy
For safety and hygienic reasons, some products are final sale. These products include, but are not limited to:
- Skin Care Products
- Strollers
- Bath tubs & Bathing Accessories
- 4Moms Mamaroo
- Bassinets
- Car seats/Bases
- Diapering Products
- Safety Products
- Bottles and Nipples
- Breast Pumps and Accessories
- Nursing Pads, Bras and Accessories
- Pacifiers and Teethers
Our goal at Bumbleboo Inc. is to provide our customers with products they can be confident in. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order you can exchange in store, or receive an in store credit on unused, non-sale items. The items need to be in original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition. Tags need to be attached and a receipt will need to be present to provide proof within 30 days of purchase.
Online orders- please reach out to us, if eligible, an exchange can be made, or there will be an option of a gift card for store credit in the amount minus the original shipping fees.
Please note that all return shipping and/or new shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE- BOTH ONLINE AND IN STORE.
If an order is requested to be cancelled prior to us shipping the item, an In-Store credit will be given in the form of a gift card in the amount of the order total. If we have already purchased the shipping label we will deduct the shipping total. We will not be able to refund the order.
After 30 days, items can not be exchanged and are considered a final sale. We want all of our customers to receive the same high quality standards we have at Bumbleboo Inc. with our merchandise which is why we cannot take back items that have been used, damaged or are not clean. Products that have been opened, and assembled are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
